We offer a wide range of already designed plans to choose from as well as a wide range of customization options making the possibilities endless.
No Weather Delays:
We build in a climate-controlled environment using dry materials. Your project is weather tight upon deliver, eliminating any structural exposure to elements.
Shorter Build Time:
In general modular built structures typically take one-third of the time to complete than “stick-built” structures do. By utilizing efficiencies only available with off-site construction and the ability for groundwork and structural construction to happen simultaneously you can often see substantial time savings resulting in monetary savings. In addition, we have a highly skilled work force with years of experience in the modular building industry that work year-round with us eliminating the often high turn-over of employees seen in the construction industry.
Fewer On-Site Inspections:
Intensive inspections by third parties enable us to continually raise the bar in quality standards. Many inspections that would normally occur on-site are handled by state inspectors in our factories, ensuring that the project is being constructed in compliance with all building code provisions for the location in which the project will be erected. Modular constructed buildings are built to the same codes used by conventional on-site builders.
